An unbiased luxurious Caribbean resort on the island of Eleuthera is to overtake its restaurant, recreation and lodging areas.
The Cove Eleuthera within the Bahamas will reopen on 7 November with upgraded lodgings and a top-to-bottom transformation of the onsite Freedom Restaurant & Grill.
California-based BAR Architects & Interiors has been tapped to re-envision the resort’s new look, which is geared toward marrying parts of its pure, oceanfront environment with informal and modern aptitude.
Reopening with its present stock of 27 premium villas, the refreshed interiors will function a color palette of ivory and indigo with pure wooden accents that emulate Eleuthera’s pristine white seashores and turquoise waters. Woven straw mats and rustic but subtle furnishings will adorn every villa.
Designed to be the resort’s point of interest, Freedom Restaurant & Grill, serving Asian-inspired delicacies, will see an entire overhaul for a reimagined eating expertise. Interiors will function a heat weathered teak palette and pure textures accented with lush greenery hanging above patrons to imitate the island’s limestone cliffs. Colors draw inspiration from the Caribbean islands, Atlantic Ocean and ripe pineapples present in close by Gregory City.
Consisting of three new buildings, Freedom will function a central sushi bar and a sublime bar space overlooking the hilltop pool. Flooring-to-ceiling home windows will present panoramic waterfront views.
